Application field of insulated joint:
The insulated joint produced by Shenyang Wensheng is used for the equipments of gas pipeline, gas adjusting pressure, estimating and storage. It mainly insulates each section of transmission pipeline, as well as the equipment and pipeline. Finally the pipeline and equipment have longer use life.
Structure features of insulated joint:
The insulated joint is welded after being extruded by the whole body, not bolt or flange. The insulated and sealed materials are inset and fixed in the sleeve. After installing the insulated joint, inner parts should be fixed at relative position. Under the pressure of soil, specified pipeline operation, and the water pressure of factory or spot, the whole insulated joint should be kept well. The sealed part of insulated joint is closed to the insulated plate in the joint, and has lasting elasticity. Both sides of the sealed part directly touch the surface of metal, and will not move, which ensures tightness of joint.
